You will receive a Photography Plan and Pricing Estimate.

I am happy to negotiate and redraft our photography plan.

The Photography Plan is a contract and statement of work that includes information like:

• Who is involved

• What will be delivered – number of images, editing and style details

• When – shoot dates, delivery timelines, and milestones

• Where – shoot locations and logistics

• How – pricing, payment terms, licensing, and cancellation policies

You will receive an Invoice for the Deposit which will go towards the final balance.

If there’s something you’d like to change, we can redraft.

Currently accepting:

• ACH Transfer

• Venmo

• PayPal

I will take photos and then edit them.

After editing, you will receive proofs.

Once editing is complete, you will receive Photo Proofs and the Invoice.

The Photo Proofs are a peak at what the final images look like (but with a heavy watermark to protect copyright).

If you are happy with the Photo Proofs, pay the Invoice to receive your photos and license.

After payment is complete, you will receive your final photos.

Please save and backup your photos.

Our contract will feature a clause saying how long the digital files will be available for retrieval (usually 60 days). After that time, I may charge an archive retrieval fee.
